Sweet and spicy horse mackerel rice bowl
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Filleted Horse Mackerel with Tail and Bone Removed ( 1 piece )
- 10g carrots
- 2 shishito peppers (15g)
- 150g rice
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- <Seasoning liquid A>
- 2 teaspoons (12g) soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (6g)
- 1 teaspoon of mirin (6g)
- 1 tablespoon of water (15 ml)
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the carrot into 3 thin diagonal slices. Pierce the shishito pepper in 3-4 places with a bamboo skewer.
- 2. Put seasoning A into a pot and boil to make a sauce.
- 3. Deep fry the filleted horse mackerel with tails and floured flour mixture along with "1".
- 4. Place the rice in a bowl, dip the freshly fried "3" in the sauce from "2" and place it on top. Then pour 1 tablespoon of "2" over the top.
