Fried saury in sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Pacific saury (bone removed) 60g/1 fish
- 2 teaspoons flour
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 5g green beans
- 5g red pepper
- <Seasoning liquid A>
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 50ml water
- <Seasoning B>
- 1/2 teaspoon potato starch
- 1/2 teaspoon water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. While still frozen, coat the saury in flour and fry in oil.
- 2. Boil the green beans until golden brown and cut into 2cm pieces. Cut the red pepper into 1cm cubes.
- 3 Put seasoning A and red pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Add seasoning B while stirring to thicken.
- 4 Once "1" has cooled down, cut it into bite-sized pieces, place it in a bowl, pour "3" over it, and sprinkle with green beans.
