Deep fried squid with special sauce and raw vegetables
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Squid fillet (with kanoko) 200g
- Radicchio (appropriate amount)
- Lettuce ( as needed)
- Mizuna (potherb mustard greens)
- (Chinese clothing)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons potato starch
- Appropriate amount of water
- (Special sauce)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small serving of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small sesame oil
- 5cm finely chopped white onion
- 20g ginger (chopped)
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the vegetables and add the special sauce.
- 2 Make Chinese batter, dip the squid in it and fry in oil.
- Place the vegetables and squid (2) on three plates and pour the special sauce over them.
