  • 60g cutlassfish fillet (bone removed)
  • 0.3g salt
  • 1.5g flour

  • 20ml water
  • 2g sugar
  • 1.5g soy sauce

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cutlassfish and coat with flour.
