White cod cheese meunière
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus White Thread Cod 60g
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
- 1g powdered cheese
- 2g flour
- 2g oil
- 1g butter
- <Side dish>
- cherry tomatoes

- lettuce
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cod.
- 2. Sprinkle with grated cheese and then flour.
- 3 Heat oil in a frying pan and cook on both sides for about 8 minutes, checking the condition, then add the butter at the end.
Steam convection cooking
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cod and coat it with flour mixed with powdered cheese.
- 2 Melt the butter.
- 3. Pour oil and butter from step 2 over the cod from step 1 and bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking the condition while cooking.
