Deep fried white cod curry
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus White cod fillet 60g 1 piece
- 0.3g curry powder
- 5ml of sake
- 10g mayonnaise
- 5g flour
- 1/2 egg
- 10g breadcrumbs
- salad oil (frying oil) appropriate amount

- tartar sauce

- parsley
- cherry tomatoes
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Mix curry powder, sake, and mayonnaise and spread it on the frozen cod.
- 2. Dip (1) in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot salad oil.
- 4Sprinkle curry powder over the tartar sauce and garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
