White cod with mapo tofu sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus White Thread Cod 60g
- 2.5g potato starch
- 14g green onion
- 0.5g garlic
- 0.5g ginger
- A
- Tenmenjan 4g
- 2g soy sauce
- 1g sugar
- 1g sesame oil
- 25cc of water
- B
- 0.5g potato starch
- 2.5cc of water

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Coat the cod with potato starch.
- 2 Steam in a steamer for about 8 minutes.
- 3 Finely chop the green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add 3 and stir-fry, then add water.
- 5 Add seasonings A and boil, then add water-dissolved potato starch B to thicken.
- 6. Place the steamed cod in a bowl and pour the sauce from step 5 over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Coat the cod with potato starch.
- 2 Heat the white cod (1) in steam mode for 7 to 8 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
- 3 Finely chop the green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add 3 and stir-fry, then add water.
- 5 Add seasonings A and boil, then add water-dissolved potato starch B to thicken.
- 6. Place the steamed cod in a bowl and pour the sauce from step 5 over it.
- 7. Garlic and ginger also help stimulate the appetite. Fish is easy to eat, but adding a thickening agent makes it even easier to swallow.
