Nile perch fritters - Asian style
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Nile perch fillet (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 12ml of sake
- 0.3g salt
- 0.3g pepper
- 1 egg
- 50ml water
- 100g flour
- 3g baking soda
- 3.6ml salad oil (frying oil)
- 12g sweet chili sauce
- [Side dish]
- lettuce
- cabbage
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen Nile perch and coat it in sake.
- 1 Beat the eggs, add water, flour and baking soda, mix well and dip in (1).
- 1 Fry in hot salad oil.
- 1 Tear the lettuce with your hands and shred the cabbage.
- 1 Serve with sweet chili sauce, lettuce and cabbage.
