Alaskan redfish with spicy green onion sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Alaskan Red Fish (Boneless) 60g 1 piece
- 3g green onion
- 1.5g ginger
- <Seasoning A>
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- A little chili pepper
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Finely chop the green onions and ginger.
- 2. Put "1" into a bowl and mix.
- 3 Grill the Alaskan redfish on both sides, then place in a serving dish and pour the sauce from step 2 over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Heat in a preheated steamer (combination mode) at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
