Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Alaskan Red Fish (Boneless) 60g 1 piece
  • 3g green onion
  • 1.5g ginger
  • <Seasoning A>
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • A little chili pepper

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1 Finely chop the green onions and ginger.
  • 2. Put "1" into a bowl and mix.
