Alaskan red fish kamaboko decorated with flowers
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Alaskan Red Fish (Boneless) 60g 1 piece
- a little salt and pepper
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 1/4 slice of cheese
- 1 piece of kamaboko
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle the Alaskan redfish with salt and pepper and coat in flour.
- 2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry "1" on both sides.
- 3. Cut the kamaboko into 4 equal parts radially.
- 4. Place "2" in a serving dish, top with cheese, and garnish with "3" kamaboko.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Season the Alaskan redfish with salt and pepper and coat in flour.
- 2. Line a hotel pan with parchment paper, arrange the Alaska redfish from step 1, spray with oil spray, and bake in combination mode (30%) at 230°C for 10 minutes.
