Red fish curry pilaf
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus red fish (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 12ml olive oil
- 0.5g garlic
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 20g onion
- 25g seafood mix
- 5ml mayonnaise
- 10g green peppers
- 1 cherry tomato
- 1/2 consommé (solid)
- 1.5g curry powder
- 100ml water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. Lightly wash the rice, drain the water, and place in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and seafood mix, and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Spread mayonnaise on the frozen red fish and place it on top of (2).
- 4. Cut the bell peppers into 1cm cubes and the cherry tomatoes into quarters, then scatter them around (3).
- 5 Pour the consommé dissolved in water over the pot, sprinkle in the curry powder, cover, add water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. By applying mayonnaise to the red fish, it will be seasoned and delicious.
